5. Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).
We may cancel an order if:

7. Replacement Policy (No Refunds / No Cancellations)

Clear proof (unboxing video/photos) is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

If the product is not damaged at delivery, no replacement will be provided.
